My wife Teresa and I have lived here in Shadowood for over 25 years. We have two four-legged children, Barclay and Abbi. We enjoy traveling around the country in our RV as well as spending time here on the SLC lake with all of our friends. I have served on the SLC Board previously for 10 years prior to this term. I also served many years on the SLC building committee. We love living here in Shadowood and are neighbors who want to help others as we all work to constantly improve our community. 

 My wife Carolyn and I moved to Shadowood Lake in 2018 to be close to our daughter and son-in law, Holly and Kelly Fay. I am a retired Senior Vice President with JPMorgan Chase. For a number of years I served on the Management Committee of Texas Commerce Bank and Chase Bank of Texas. My 45 year career was mostly in Finance, Operations Management and Credit Administration. After retirement from the banking industry I pursued my passion for fly fishing, working for a while with Streamside Systems, a company that partnered with the Army Corp of Engineers and environmentalists to improve fish habitat through sediment removal and beach replenishment. Projects I was involved with included the Rocky Mountain States and the Guadalupe River in Texas. 

My family moved to Shadowood Lake in 2018, and we plan on making this our forever home. I own and operate C&C Oilfield Services and own several other smaller businesses. My wife, Kristen, owns a boutique in Marshall, and our son, Cannon, owns and operates 4:19 Tackle.  Our family’s love for fishing is more than just a hobby. I am hopeful that Shadowood Lake will continue to grow and the lake that many of us love will be not only a great recreational lake, but also a great fishery. 

 My family and I have lived in Shadowood since 2013. My wife Melissa and I have two sons. I am currently the General Manager for Panola Harrison Electric Co-op. The 2020 pandemic allowed my family to slow down and develop a deep appreciation for the community we live in at the lake. With the slower pace we enjoyed our walks, golf cart rides, soccer in our backyard, learning how to play Pickleball on our newly refurbished court, and using the beach area and playground during the warmer months. I would like to continue to make Shadowood Lake the best neighborhood and place to live in East Texas. 

 I have been blessed to call Shadowood my home since 2016. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from ETBU in 2015 and now live here with my wife, Emma, and our daughter, Juliette. I work as a Realtor with eXp Realty and serve the City of Jefferson as a Police Officer. I am honored to serve on this board of trustees, and I look forward to working with the community to maintain the excellence of Shadowood Lake. 

Kim and I moved here to Shadowood Lake in early 2021.  Although Kim and I own multiple other real estate properties, our Shadowood Lake house is our “forever home”. I have served as a director or legal counsel on multiple HOAs in Texas and have served on investment advisory boards in the US, Australia and Europe. As a retired Dallas Police Officer of 43 years, a practicing family law, estate planning and real estate attorney for 30 years and adjunct professor of law, finance and investments for 10 years, I believe in service to my community. I hold an BA from UT Dallas, an MBA from Amber University, a JD from SMU and am a Certified Financial Planner.

Eric and his wife, Kelly, have lived in Shadowood Lake for over 6 years. Eric owns D & F Erectors, Inc. and is an avid supporter of fundraising efforts here in our community. Eric and Kelly have 3 dogs: Titan, and two new King Charles Cavalier pups, Chipper Dale and Harley B.
