If you'd like a copy of the application (i.e., if you're building a structure in the neighborhood), please email the board at info@shadowoodlake.com.  We will send it to you by email, and we can provide it in print as well.  Feel free to contact the Building Committee members or other members of the Board of Trustees as well for the form or with questions. 

All watercraft must be member or renter owned, have the SLC watercraft decals applied, and be in compliance with the Texas Water Safety Act as well as all state and or federal laws for safety equipment.

Rules for use of watercraft can be found in the Rules and Regulations section of this site.

 If you need a decal for your SLC watercraft, please contact Corey Bird.

 If you'd like to receive your communications electronically, such as voting information and boat codes,  send an email to info@shadowoodlake.com. Please include name, address, date of property ownership, and the following statement: " I authorize the Shadowood Lake Club Board of Trustees  to utilize email to send documents or other communications, as may be needed."
